The staff does not have badges. The staff is rude. personnel cannot be identified be cause they do not have badges, and they ignore the request to introduce themselves ! What kind of anonymous service is this hotel has? Beside that every time when i come in the hotel same guy ( not name ) asked me my room number. Some prejudice towards the guest! When I ask the front desk for the name of the staff, they don't give an answer ( no name ) person in from desk. And after I’m asking for the duty manager, and the staff ( no name ) in front desk telling me “ I am a duty manager “! Wow , so why than duty manager don’t wanna give his name to the guest ? Each hotel staff must have badges! I’m so disappointed for my stay in this hotel. No smile, rude behavior. Like - i don't feel welcome in the hotel. I do not recommend this hotel.

I upgraded to an executive king room and nothing was executive about it. Decor was dated and worn. After leaving the water running in the shower at the highest heat it barely felt warm. Water inlet pipe to toilet leaked. Reported these to reception and they did nothing. Supposed to be 2 gowns in room. Only came with one, reported and went out at about 11 am, came back at around midnight but still no second gown. Had to wait in reception for 20 minutes while someone found one and the belt loop was busted on that. Extractor air vents were all manky and looked like they hadn't been cleaned for years. If you like a hard mattress you're in luck, it was like wood. Stayed for the 2 nights and as I checked out I mentioned all this again and they just stared blankly like they knew nothing. None of what I'd reported had been noted against the room. Their response was without apology, they just said. Okay will get it fixed for the next guest. So if you get 4438, be warned as I doubt it will be fixed.

Nice and clean hotel

Friendly Staff. And clean. Good beds and no noise from street. But though from next door room Breakfast was above or close to average They offer parking at basement . A bit expensive but that is aparently the Price in Bruxelles. Only negative observation was a couple of rats running around in the garden.
