The people are so friendly and helpful. We had many wonderful conversations with staff. The food is very good and they will accommodate any of your needs. The hotel is being cleaned all the time. The pool and beach always seem to have plenty of seats. I suggest sitting away from the swim up bar if you want peace and quiet because the drunks seem to like to scream. There isn't a lot to do at night except the performances and games. You can walk to the Atlantis Casino if you like to gamble and they do have an Aquarium that is free after 6 pm. The Casino is nothing much and payouts seem low. Anyone who complains about this place would be hard to please.

Loved staying at this hotel, considering all hotels nearby this was value for money. food was nice drinks where good, room where nice and spacious very good view of the gorgeous beach. would return and would recommend.

NOT A FIVE STAR HOTEL !

This hotel is a 2 star hotel at most! First we booked a suite directly on the hotel website at 500 US per night! When we arrived our room did not have a balcony or a window that opened. The next day we ask for an upgrade to a room with a balcony. We are told that only a downgrade is available and that for this we had to wait 2 hours in the lobby with our suitcases. We can't visit the room before and we have to sign a waiver! We ask to keep our room until the other is ready, which we refuse!! …. Then at the restaurant, we order a bottle of wine at 80 US to celebrate the evening! We are asked to PAY BEFORE OPENING THE BOTTLE! I've never seen that ! We had to leave our plate on the table and go to the lobby to pay, no possibility of putting it in the room, it's nonsense!! Thereafter the rooms smell of old humidity, low quality woods and the staff will not help you. In short, choose another destination!
