What's the weather like in Lara Beach in March?
Located on the south coast of Turkey along the country’s Mediterranean coastline, Lara Beach is a glamorous seaside resort not far from Antalya. With long, hot summers and short, mild winters, temperatures are rising in March as springtime begins in the region. There’s a lot less rain compared to the wettest winter months, but showers are still common at this time of year, so it’s a good idea to bring a waterproof or umbrella with you.
Averages
In March the average temperature in Lara Beach is 13ºC, reaching highs of 18ºC in the warmest part of the afternoon. Although it’s not hot enough to spend the whole day relaxing on the beach, there are spells when you can sit back in the sand at this time of year. You’ll need to pack plenty of warm clothes for evenings out in the resort, as temperatures drop to lows of 7ºC at night. Around 100mm of rain’s expected this month, while the Mediterranean waters measure in at a cool 16ºC.
