Temperatures cool in October as autumn sets in. You'll get more rain as the month goes on, although you'll still see plenty of sun. If you're looking to explore the local area then this could be the perfect time to visit. The cooler weather’s ideal for visiting nearby Mount Vesuvius and Pompeii.
