    Rovinj weather November

What’s the weather like in Rovinj in November?

You may need a showerproof jacket because it’s the wettest time of the year, but the Rovinj weather in November can still produce pleasant temperatures. It’s nearly winter but there’ll be good sunshine levels around this popular resort in Croatia.

    Geographical influences

Rovinj is set on the west side of the Istrian peninsular in north Croatia. Late autumn and early winter temperatures in the north, and around the mountainous central region of the country, are slightly cooler and wetter compared to resorts in the south like Brac Island. North east winds, called the bura, can also occasionally reach this part of the Croatia coastline in November.

There’s no need to bring too many sweaters this month, because you’ll get some warm days. The average high temperature’s an impressive 14°C in November and the normal daytime average is around 10°C. At night time this’ll fall to around 6°C on colder days, so you’ll need a coat if you’re eating out in the evening. The sun shines for five hours each day on average, from ten hours of daylight, and doesn’t set until nearly 5pm at the beginning of the month. The weather in Rovinj in November produces 106mm of rainfall this month over 13 rainy days, but the showers can pass quite quickly.
