Alaiye Resort is an All Inclusive hotel in Avsallar on the southern coast of Turkey. The nearest beach, Gold Island, is steps from the hotel, and you can get to it from the hotel's tropical gardens. It's one of several beaches along the coast that stretches to the city of Antalya. This area in Turkey is a popular holiday destination due to its sandy stretches of coast, friendly atmosphere and historic sites in the nearby area. Alaiye Resort is 100m from Gold Island beach and 22km from the city of Alanya. It's on the outskirts of Konakli and 12.4km from the town's centre. If you want to explore more beaches, there are many on the coastal road leading to Alanya, 22km away. The city is well known for its sandy stretches of coastline, including Cleopatra Beach where legend says the Egyptian ruler bathed. The town is also home to Alanya Castle, a medieval fort that's now an open-air museum. Here you can learn about the Ottoman Empire, as well as see several historic buildings from that era such as the Red Tower. Alaiye Resort offers a base to explore the Geyik Daglari mountain range that sits behind Konakli, 90km away. You can climb through the pine-covered slopes where you'll be rewarded with panoramic views of the sea.
