What’s the weather like in Koukounaries in March?
The Koukounaries weather in March is still very damp and cool but it’s slightly improved since last month. It’s very quiet on the island and the town itself has an easy-going feel that’s perfect for a peaceful break.
Geographical influences
Surrounded by the Aegean Sea, the island of Skiathos enjoys a mild climate for most of the year with help from the warm waters that encircle it. Koukounaries is a town on the western coast of the island that has a protected Blue Flag Beach, pine forests and turquoise waters along its sandy coast. The Mediterranean climate is quite cool and damp in winter but things begin to improve towards the end of March, which enjoys slightly warmer and drier weather than the beginning of the month.
