    Fuengirola weather February

What's the weather like in Fuengirola in February?

Located on the sunny Costa del Sol in southern Spain, Fuengirola has a Mediterranean climate with hot, dry summers and mild, damp winters. It’s still wintertime in Fuengirola during February, which is one of the coolest and wettest months of the year. Temperatures are still quite pleasant, though, rising to the mid-teens in the peak of the afternoon, making it perfect for sightseeing along the Costa del Sol. Even though there’s plenty of sunshine at this time, if you love to relax on the beach you may want to choose a different month to visit as it may feel a little chilly.

In February the average temperature in Fuengirola is 12ºC, reaching highs of 16ºC and lows of 7ºC. You should be comfortable in a t-shirt during the daytime, but you’ll need some warm clothes for evenings out at the local bars and restaurants, with temperatures dropping to 7ºC after dark. 75mm of rain’s predicted during February, spread over 13 days, so you should prepare for some wet weather and bring a waterproof jacket. If you want to take a dip in the Mediterranean Sea, you’ll need to be brave as it measures a brisk 16ºC at this time of year.
