What's the weather like in Benalmadena in January?
As part of southern Spain’s Costa del Sol, Benalmadena has a Mediterranean climate bringing long, hot summers and short, mild winters to the town. January is the coldest month of the year, but temperatures are still mild. You can expect plenty of clear, sunny days at this time of year, perfect if you want to escape the chill of the UK’s winter. The amount of rain expected in January is less than December, which is the wettest month, but showers are still quite common so you should pack a waterproof jacket if you plan to visit this month.
