    Nerja weather February

What's the weather like in Nerja in February?

Located in the south of Spain on the Costa del Sol, Nerja is lovely resort town with a Mediterranean climate. This brings long, hot summers and short, mild winters to the area. February is one of the coolest and wettest months of the year, but there’s still plenty of sunshine at this time and temperatures are pleasantly mild. If you like to avoid busy crowds and really hot weather when you go away, February is a good time to visit Nerja.

The average temperature in Nerja is 14ºC at this time of year, reaching highs of 18ºC in the peak of the afternoon. The weather’s perfect for sightseeing and exploring during the day, although temperatures dip to 10ºC at night so you’ll need some warmer clothes for evenings out. Less than 60mm of rain’s expected during February and 12 of the days are likely to see some wet weather. You can still look forward to seven hours of daily sunshine, though, while the Mediterranean waters are 15ºC this month.
