Yes, you will need to check in online. Just follow the link to the airline’s website which can be found on your booking summary or receipt and it’s a straightforward process. If you don’t do so, you could be charged check-in fees, which you’ll be required to pay.
Every airline has a standard hand luggage allowance, and this is included in our online prices. Please check your airline’s website to see what maximum weight and size you can take into the cabin. For hold luggage, you'll be advised when you book whether this is included or something you need to add on at an additional cost.
If you need any more information, you’ll find a link to your airline’s website in your booking summary and receipt.
Unfortunately not. Once your booking has been confirmed, we're unable to remove any extras such as hold baggage.
No, in-flight meals are not included in our online prices.
Most airlines have a policy that flights are non-refundable, which means they won’t cover the cost should you need to cancel. If travel guidance changes or if you fall ill due to Covid-19, we may be able to help you amend your flights, although this depends on the terms and conditions of the airline.
If you need some help working through your options, feel free to contact one of our travel advisors and they’ll be happy to run through it with you.
If your flight is 'flexible', this will be highlighted in your booking confirmation. This means you’ll be able to amend your flight up to 80 days before you depart as per your airline’s terms and conditions. You do need to be aware, though, that you may need to pay additional charges, such as an administration fee and fare increases, depending on the new flight you’ve chosen. There will also be our standard admin fee of £25 per booking.
Visit our Flexible Flights page for more information on flight amendments due to Covid-19.
