Yes, you will need to check-in online. Just follow the link to the airline’s website which can be found on your booking summary or receipt and it’s a straightforward process. Failure to do so could result in check-in fees, which you will be required to pay.

What baggage is included?

All airlines have a standard hand luggage allowance which is included in our online prices. Please check the airline’s website to see what maximum weight you are entitled to. You will find a link to these in your booking summary and receipt. If you need additional hold baggage, this can be added before you check-out and will need to be paid for at the time of your booking.

Are in-flight meals included?

No, in-flight meals are not included in our online prices.

What does a non-refundable flight mean?

Most airlines have a policy that flights are non-refundable, which means they will not cover the cost should you wish to cancel. If travel guidance changes or if you fall ill due to Covid-19, we may be able to help you amend your flights, although this depends on the terms and conditions of the airline.
