Your money is secured in a trust account
Unlike many other travel companies we operate on a trust account model. Once we’ve paid the airline for your flights, the rest of your money is held in a trust account. We do not have access to this directly and can only withdraw funds when you are back home from holiday
ATOL & ABTA protected
All of our holidays that include flights are protected by the ATOL scheme from the moment you book. So if one of our suppliers fails, you’ll get your money back. If you’re left stranded abroad, a flight home will be arranged at no extra cost. Our ATOL number is 11806

What does 'Kids Stay Free' include?

Kids Stay Free applies to the accommodation only. When two adults book a qualifying room, it costs the same whether or not children are added. Up to two children can be added without increasing the room price for our kids go free holidays. Flights, transfers, travel insurance, meals, and any resort fees or local taxes aren't included, and are still payable in full.

Whether meals are included comes down to the board basis you've chosen. Booked All Inclusive? Then meals are included, just as they would be for anyone else on that rate. The free child place covers the room only, so it's worth remembering the board basis is a separate thing.
