Your money is secured in a trust account
Unlike many other travel companies we operate on a trust account model. Once we’ve paid the airline for your flights, the rest of your money is held in a trust account. We do not have access to this directly and can only withdraw funds when you are back home from holiday

All of our holidays that include flights are protected by the ATOL scheme from the moment you book. So if one of our suppliers fails, you’ll get your money back. If you’re left stranded abroad, a flight home will be arranged at no extra cost. Our ATOL number is 11806

How do I cancel a Ryanair flight?

Unfortunately, it’s not possible to cancel a Ryanair flight, but you can amend them through their website.

Click here to do this. If there’s any charges for the amendments you pay Ryanair directly.

Go to 'My bookings' at the top of the Ryanair website.

You’ll need to enter your airline booking reference (NOT your Thomas Cook reference) and the email address you used at the time of booking your holiday. These can be found on your invoice, as shown below.

Should Ryanair make any changes, they'll email you directly. Please let us know if this happens, so we can check that the rest of your holiday isn't affected, such as your transfers or hotel reservation. Please also inform us if you make any changes yourself.
