Your money is secured in a trust account
Unlike many other travel companies we operate on a trust account model. Once we’ve paid the airline for your flights, the rest of your money is held in a trust account. We do not have access to this directly and can only withdraw funds when you are back home from holiday
ATOL & ABTA protected
All of our holidays that include flights are protected by the ATOL scheme from the moment you book. So if one of our suppliers fails, you’ll get your money back. If you’re left stranded abroad, a flight home will be arranged at no extra cost. Our ATOL number is 11806

How can I get a copy of my documents?

Need a copy of your travel documents? The quickest way is to log into Manage My Booking using your details to download them directly.

Here are a few handy things to keep in mind:

Wrong email address? If you noticed a typo in the email address you provided, simply connect with our friendly travel advisors via Chat or give us a ring on +44 20 3879 5469, and we'll get it updated for you.
Booked with Ryanair? Confirmation documents can take up to 5 working days to pop into your inbox. If they haven't arrived after 5 days, just reach out to our Travel Buddies via Live Chat so we can check on them.
Pre-departure check: We'll also send a fresh copy of all your documents straight to your email inbox a few days before you set off!
