Unlike many other travel companies we operate on a trust account model. Once we’ve paid the airline for your flights, the rest of your money is held in a trust account. We do not have access to this directly and can only withdraw funds when you are back home from holiday

All of our holidays that include flights are protected by the ATOL scheme from the moment you book. So if one of our suppliers fails, you’ll get your money back. If you’re left stranded abroad, a flight home will be arranged at no extra cost. Our ATOL number is 11806

Flying from an airport in India?

The Government of India has introduced new requirements for entry to airport terminals. This is mandatory for all passengers departing from Indian airports and applies to both domestic and international flights.

What you need to know before arriving at the airport:

Mandatory 2D barcode: To gain access to the terminal, you must present a ticket or boarding pass with a scannable 2D barcode. You will not be allowed inside without it.
Where to find it: The 2D barcode is located on your boarding pass or your ticket.

Please have it ready, with the barcode visible, before you enter the building to ensure a smooth start to your journey.
