How do I locate my transfer?

Your transfer voucher will be emailed to you a few days before you leave for your holiday. This will have the most up to date information; any previous version may be out-of-date. Please make sure you read the email prior to travel, as it’ll give you vital information on how to locate your transfer. When you’ve arrived, if you have any issues locating your transfer after you’ve followed the instructions, please use the phone number on the voucher for assistance.

Below is an example of your transfer vouchers, to give you a guide of what yours may look like. We’ve highlighted in yellow where you’ll find a phone number to use if you need assistance.

Please don't forget to read your return transfer voucher, as you'll need to confirm your pick up time 24 hours before your flight home.
