How do I add baggage and pre book seats with Ryanair?

If you’ve already booked your holiday and want to add any baggage or seat selection to Ryanair flights, you can. You'll need to log on to the Ryanair website and pay them directly (this won’t show on your Thomas Cook invoice / confirmation). We've added a link below to take you to Ryanair but you might find it useful to read these instructions first.

Make sure you have the following handy, as you can't access your booking without it!

• Your flight reference. This is not your Thomas Cook booking reference! You’ll find your flight reference in the Flights section of your Thomas Cook invoice / confirmation ( it's found in the flights section of your Thomas Cook, labelled either ‘Airline reference’ or ‘Flight booking number’ (depending on when you booked your holiday) as in these examples:

• Your email address (the one you booked your holiday with)
• Your payment card details

If you’d like to view or amend your Ryanair booking, follow these steps:

1. Create an account with Ryanair if you don't already have one.

2. Once you’ve signed in, click onto 'My Bookings.'

3. Click ' Can't see your booking?’

4. Enter your Ryanair airline reference (see info above) and your email address.

5. You can now view your booking! You can choose and pay for any extra baggage you need and add pre-booked seating. Remember, you’ll need to pay Ryanair directly.

IMPORTANT:

• Ryanair is a self-service airline, so if you want to make any changes to your flight booking you must do so directly with them. You can do this by accessing your account, live chatting with them, or calling them.

• If you make any changes to your flight dates, times or names, you must let us know so we can update your hotel booking and any transfers you’ve booked through us. 

• Ryanair might ask data protection questions, which you’ll need to answer with either your personal information or Thomas Cook’s. If your personal information doesn’t work, please give them the following: Your email address, our phone number (02080163289) and our address which is: Moor Place, 1 Fore Street Avenue, London, EC2Y 9DT.
