What is a multi-contract package?

A multi-contract package is a combination of at least two or more different travel services for the same trip - like flights, accommodation, or transfers. This means instead of one single booking contract, you’ll have individual agreements with each provider. 

However, not every holiday with multiple services counts as a multi-contract package. For your holiday to qualify as one, the services you book must make up a significant portion of your holiday - at least 25% of the total value. For example, if you book a flight and a hotel, and each costs more than 25% of the total price, that qualifies as a multi-contract package.
