Firstly, thank you for booking your next getaway with us! It won't be long until you are stepping off the plane and into the sunshine ☀️
To access your Ryanair account to view your flights, check-in, and add flight extras you’ll need to complete the following steps.
- Open Ryanair’s Self Service Hub
- You’ll be asked for your reservation number; the airline reference found on your confirmation documents.
- Allocated email address: This is your unique email address used to book your holiday. Some of our customers may have been allocated an email address. If this is the case, you’ll receive a separate email from one of our travel buddies with a subject title (to help you find it) called "Your unique Ryanair Email address - Booking Reference".
Please make sure you check your flight status regularly by logging into your Ryanair account. If there have been any flight changes or cancellations, please contact us via WhatsApp or chat.
After you’ve checked in, you’ll either need to print your boarding pass or use the Ryanair app to show your boarding pass when travelling. This applies to both your outbound and inbound flights. If you prefer to check in at the airport, please note, Ryanair will charge for this service.
Ryanair is a self-service airline, which means if you want to make any changes to your booking you must do this directly with them. You can do this by accessing your account, Live chatting with them or calling them. If you make any changes to your flight dates, times or names, you must let us know so we can update your hotel booking and transfer arrangements if you’ve pre-booked them.
If Ryanair asks for any data protection questions, this could be your personal information or Thomas Cook’s information. If your personal information doesn’t pass, please give them: Your unique email address, our phone number 02080163289 and our address, which is: The Broadgate Tower, Third Floor, 20 Primrose Street, London, EC2A 2RS.
