Your money is secured in a trust account
Unlike many other travel companies we operate on a trust account model. Once we’ve paid the airline for your flights, the rest of your money is held in a trust account. We do not have access to this directly and can only withdraw funds when you are back home from holiday
ATOL & ABTA protected
All of our holidays that include flights are protected by the ATOL scheme from the moment you book. So if one of our suppliers fails, you’ll get your money back. If you’re left stranded abroad, a flight home will be arranged at no extra cost. Our ATOL number is 11806

How do I log in to the My Account area?

Here's the link to the My Account, where you can download your travel documents and vouchers and also contact us. Please follow the instructions below, even if you’ve booked with us before, as we’ve updated things recently.

Click ‘Userzone’, enter your booking reference and last name, and then click ‘View booking’.

We’ll send an access link to the email address used when booking your holiday. If it’s not in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder – if it’s there, move it to your inbox, or the link may not work.

Make sure you open the access link on the same device you’re using for the My Account. For example, if you want to access your booking on your phone, you need to open the link in the email on your phone, too.
