Is my holiday financially protected?

We’re an online travel agent with ATOL protection. This means that all of our multi-contract package bookings that include a flight are financially protected by the Air Travel Organisers Licence (ATOL) scheme. If an operator such as an airline fails, then the ATOL scheme ensures you don’t lose any money and prevents you from being stranded overseas.

We also operate on a trust model for added protection. So, once we’ve paid the airline for your flights, the rest of your money is held in a trust account administered by the Air Travel Trust. We don't have access to the trust directly and can only withdraw funds once you’re back from your holiday, meaning your money is always safe.

Every part of your multi-contract package booking is financially protected by the ATOL scheme and you will be issued an ATOL certificate as proof should you encounter any problems.

How and when do I get my ATOL certificate?

You’ll receive an ATOL certificate by email for any multi-contract package, along with your booking confirmation, within 24 hours of booking your trip. This will outline any protection as well as information on what you need to do if the ATOL holder fails.
