“A wonderful hotel, truly!”

A wonderful hotel, truly! We stayed for 8 nights in early September and we were extremely happy with our stay. Location: Perfect! So close (around a 10 minute walk) to two train stations which got us to various districts and neighbourhoods. A Lawsons, Family Mart, and 7-11 all a five minute walk away. In a quiet area so no loud noises or traffic through the night, nor through the hotel. Rooms: We stayed in a Double Room which had lots of floor space, so plenty of room to move alongside our suitcases. Bathroom has a shower, hairdryer, toiletries, hand soap, hand towels, bath towels, and a great toilet- all perfectly clean. The room had daily cleaning which meant fresh towels, slippers and robes. More options (fresh bedsheets, vacuuming) were available upon request. Bed was comfortable and clean. Really great air con which was used daily. Small wardrobe to hang up some clothings, spacious dresser for getting ready, large screen tv, all which made the trip a little cosier. Staff/service: the hotel provided a 24 hour reception which was so lovely when arriving back late at night, or needing assistance. We had an issue reopening our safe, and a staff member instantly came up to help us open the safe and it was perfect for the rest of the trip. We also requested to have our window unlocked and staff members swiftly came upstairs to open the window which was then able to open and close for the rest of our trip. Staff were able to understand our requests in English and were great responding too, so a language barrier was never an issue. Everyone was always polite and friendly, eager to help, and greeting us upon arrival or exits. Amenities: From 7pm to 11pm, free ice cream was available each night which was a lovely edition. Free of charge tea and coffee were also available 24/7. We have breakfast each morning (available 7.30am to 9.30am- last entry at 9am) which was always yummy. They offered, pancakes, toast, juices, coffee, eggs, veggies, and more daily. Always seats available and always tasty. The B Suidobashi always had a welcoming atmosphere. It’s was our first holiday without parents and we felt confident to speak to staff as they were so friendly. Amazing value, we would 100% return. Thank you for a lovely stay!

“Great value”

Great clean room, good size for Tokyo. Good transport links. Good amenities in vicinity. Reception staff helpful and friendly. Breakfast OK but preferred to eat out. Public bath available but we did not use it. Bonus of free coffee 24hrs and free ice cream at night. We booked a twin room which appeared to be larger than the double. Quiet side street location close to tokyo dome. We would certainly recommend.

“Nice”

Hotel is conveniently located near Tokyo center. The room was a little on the smaller side. The bathroom was tiny, almost like a bathroom on a plane. There was a step at the bathroom door both from inside and outside which was definitely a trip and fall hazard. The breakfast was tasty (fresh salad, hot dogs or small burger, corn soup or onion soup, potato salad, omelette), but it was not a buffet, and the portions were really small. Like one tablespoon of potato salad, two tiny hot dogs. People at the reception were very polite, helpful, and friendly. There was a public bath and sauna in the hotel. Hotel provides tea and sugar (there is a kettle in the room), bathrobes, slippers, toothbrushes with toothpaste. Every evening the hotel treated guests with a free ice cream (five flavors).

“Amazing for price, service and location ”

We had the most amazing holiday at the best price! Staff is really caring, the hotel is clean, you have laundry service, great location near to the underground and to all the main place to visit, near to restaurant if you do not wish to go in the tourist places, near to the main tourist restaurant by underground 10 minuts . Free icecream from 7pm to 11pm and a wonderful onsen where you can relax after walking around all day! Near by there a post office where you can send all the postcards and gift with amazing stamps! Thank you to the wonderfull service !

“To avoid.”

Deplorable, unprofessional place. I stayed in room 503, which should not qualify as a hotel room, because it is a (bad) joke. No more, no less. Same applies to breakfast. The room (joke....)was cleaned daily, but bed made only twice a week or so. At the reception, virtually nobody speaks english and those who think they do,are in fact impossible to understand. Not expensive, but in this case it is very much true that "you pay peanuts, you get monkeys".
