“Best hotel to visit Tokyo”

We stayed here for 4 nights. Location is perfect, right next to the station. Rooms are very clean, bed is extremely big! Breakfast is not cheap so you better can eat outside or take something at the 7 eleven shop next to the hotel. When I will be back in Tokyo I surely will take this hotel again.

“A disappointing experience with a view”

I will start with the positives. A great location for night views over the Rainbow bridge and city. The rooms were a good size, clean and comfortable beds. Near station and two shopping malls. A sterile, large international hotel which felt understaffed. We came from the cruise ship on a coach and the check in was chaotic to put it lightly. The staff couldn’t tell us where to leave our luggage, and couldn’t get into our rooms until after 4pm. ( it was 9am) There was nowhere to sit ( vast open spaces but minimal seats) . The cafe asked for a reservation so not even a chance of a ( extremely expensive) cup of tea. We walked to the nearby aqua shopping centre, then did a walking tour. returning at 5.30pm we managed to locate our luggage and check in. Reception staff spoke minimal English and unhelpful. We asked to make reservation for the Grille on 30th floor and told it was fully booked. So asked to reserve a table for drinks and food in the bar. Told we don’t have to reserve/ just turn up. Turned up, exhausted after a very long day and ready for a drink. Told it was full and we didn’t have a reservation. Again a massive language barrier, which didn’t help. eventually, after refusing to leave, we were shown through to a bar where miraculously there were plenty seats. The food ( just chicken and chips) was barely average and expensive. Whilst in the bar we reserved the second night, watched them write it down. Turned up and apparently had no reservation. We gave up and went elsewhere. The below standard of service continued through out our stay, with the overall vibe being they were being polite but didn’t actually care. Ifar more a functional conference hotel rather than for guests . I wouldn’t go back - try the Hilton next door.

“Spacious rooms in Tokyo, moderate pricing & extravagance”

Well, I would like to give this hotel beyond 5 stars and the reasons are numerous. The most important will be the hotel connectivity. The hotel is connected by sky walk to; Metro: 1 min Mall: 5 min Mall # 2: 4 min Airport limousine: right outside the hotel lobby Restaurants: 2 min AirPort The hotel is nice & huge, big spacious rooms, large lobby and seating area down. Coming to the check-in, it was smooth, quick and the high speed elevators took me to my room really fast. The room as I said is big & spacious unlike the other hotels in Tokyo, the price here is moderate too. The bathroom amenities are nice, big bathrooms, nice shower and a powerful hair dryer. The breakfast can get busy so please do go in early to avoid rush, I like quiet breakfast places not crowded and loud. The hotel has the limousine to airport right outside the lobby. This was fantastic. Saved me lot of money. The hotel also has a post service dept incase you which to courier something. I found this cool and did send across a small parcel as well. It’s well connected via metro if you want to head to Ginza (check the map once) and the metro station is a one minute walk, from the hotel via skywalk. Literally outside the lobby. Beds were comfortable, high speed wifi, AC was good, gave me a good night of sleep. If you ask me will I stay here again, I would say yes because I love spacious rooms, I’m okay to travel a bit more than stay in a fancy tourist area pay high price for a small compact room. So, yes, def recommend this hotel.

“Excellent”

We stayed here for our last night in Tokyo and must say that this is an excellent hotel on the Tokyo waterfront with access to restaurants, shops and rail network. The hotel itself was spotlessly clean and had its own restaurant. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The room we stayed in was large, clean and comfortable with ample space for two large suitcases. Plenty of toiletries. I honestly couldn’t fault this one and would recommend if staying in the capital.

“Exceptional Views”

We really enjoyed the hotel. The sushi breakfast is a must try, for the view, the expertise and the taste! The room was very spacious as was the bathroom. Clean, which is expected. The view was exceptional, especially at night. Easy to get into the city and there's lots to see in the Daiba area as well. It's a big hotel so there isn't really an atmosphere but the staff were welcoming and the chefs were humble and talented.
