“Just ok”
Originally reserved the double room for the wife and I. Walked in and walked out. Definition of a shoe box. Upgraded to two twins. Much bigger. Location is in akihabara and if that’s what you want then this is your hotel. Seemed to crowed for us. Service was meh. Asked for water and they said only two bottles per day. Rooms are dated and need of an upgrade. Our fridge cabinet door was falling off the hinges. Views were stunning. If I go back to akihabara I’ll look for another hotel.

“Will not stay here again.”
The good: staff is amazing, location is fantastic. Love that the station and Starbucks is just downstairs. Staff is always friendly and helpful. The bad: we stayed at 5 hotels during our Japan trip. This one is the smallest and dingiest. There is mold in the shower (as well as rust), bathroom and corners of the room. The carpet is old and looks dirty. They have 2 in 1 washer/dryer. After the wash, I feel clothes were not efficiently cleaned and clothes with 3 hours of drying is still damp. Do not bother and find a nearby laundromat.

“My favorite hotel in Tokyo”
Always a great place to stay in the heart of Akihabara. This hotel is popular with American and European travelers and it's easy to understand why. It's conveniently located next to the Akihabara train station and one can easily walk to fantastic shopping and restaurants, even in the pouring rain! I've stayed here many times and it's my go-to hotel in Tokyo.

“Compact room, convenient location in Akihabara”
Landed in Tokyo and spent one night here before heading elsewhere. The location next to Akihabara Station was convenient, and there were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Service was friendly enough. The room was, as expected, very compact, but clean and functional. As long as you set your expectations accordingly, it was a convenient and well-priced place to spend a night in a lively area of Tokyo.

“Hotel needs maintenance”
The rooms needs renovation because the furniture is outdated and old some light bottoms does not work or are loose, and does not have USB plugs. The lights are white not cozy for a hotel room. Staff very friendly and hotel is well located near to train station and malls.
