“Hotel service”

I stayed there with a group in oct. The" 5 stars "service really surprised me. The breakfast supposed to be ended at 10am but when we arrived the cafe at 9 .Staff told us that breakfast ended at 0930 ,if we wanted to be 10 please have breakfast on the other floor. strange ! so that we grabbed food quickly all on table by 0930! We didn't expect this "accident " Secondly we checked out at around 10am ,I handed the key to front desk. After about 5 minutes I felt thirsty. So I asked for a bottle of water at front desk. There were 2 staffs at that moment. The male staff was going to get bottle water for me but the female staff told me that due to checked out .'She 'wasn't able to get me water. The male staff heard her conversation so he stopped action. This really surprised me about her behavior. I put my "begging "hands just for water. She still say no. Everyone please remember to bring your own water. I have no idea why so difficult. I didn't ask for a bottle of wine !

“Adequate”

Hotel in business area, nothing near by except a shopping centre. Rooms adequate but you can not properly control the air conditioning, beds hard. Don’t go to breakfast at busy time unless you have to as it is packed, no egg station, coffee choice limited. Evening Buffet restaurant offering was poor and very canteen like.

“A big hotel with associated downsides.”

We spent three nights here on a tour. The hotel is on top of a shopping mall and is well located for shopping (if that’s what you want). Prepare yourself for a busy reception when booking in - over 1,000 rooms! Allow extra time for the breakfast melee; and extra time to get out of the hotel - there are lots of lifts - and lots of people. We often got a lift going up, just to get down! Room (on Floor 12). Big enough for two cases but not much hanging space for clothes. No gym (but there’s a stretching room). Like all Japanese hotels, spotlessly clean with very polite staff.
