“Unbeatable Location & Exceptional Stay at Tokyo Bay Shiomi Prince Hotel”

The location was perfect for our trip. It is conveniently situated just 3 stops from Tokyo Station and 3 stops from Maihama Station (where you catch the monorail for Tokyo Disneyland and DisneySea). Everything we wanted to visit was within easy reach, yet the hotel itself is tucked away in a calm, quiet neighborhood with hardly any traffic. Despite the peaceful vibe, convenience is right outside the door—there is a large supermarket nearby along with several smaller shops, local restaurants, and bars. The hotel’s modern, industrial interior design is stunning and sets a stylish tone the moment you walk in. Beyond the aesthetics, the service was seamless. The staff spoke excellent English, making check-in, luggage storage, daily cleaning, and taxi arrangements smooth and hassle-free. Everything was explained clearly and handled with genuine care. Our room was incredibly spacious, comfortable, and whisper-quiet—a true sanctuary after long days of exploring the city. It came fully equipped with everything we could possibly need, including an in-room Nespresso coffee machine that was such a lovely touch to start our mornings spoiled. Offering the perfect blend of convenience, high-end amenities, and quiet relaxation away from the city crowds, this hotel provides incredible value for money in Tokyo. If we ever return to Tokyo, I will definitely choose to stay here again!

“Horrendous check-in experience”

I landed in Tokyo after a lengthy flight and wanted to drop off my bags at the hotel before checking in later that afternoon. Acknowledging that the room was not going to be available until 3pm, I inquired whether I may be able to use the change room to freshen up. Allowing confirmed guests to use the hotel’s facilities before check-in is not an unseen courtesy in quality establishments. I also understand that the use of these facilities is a privilege, not a right, and therefore would accept a kind reply to inform me that the facilities would be accessible only after check-in. Instead, the receptionist stared at me in what I can only describe as disgust, and curtly said “no”, with an attitude leaving me feeling like I have asked for an egregious demand. As she could not check me in at the moment, she continued her unfriendly glare until I retreated to the bell desk to leave my bags. As I sit in the hotel lobby to write this review, she continues to glare in my direction. Scary stuff indeed. My sincere apologies for my heinous crime.

“A perfect family-friendly hotel closest to Disney”

We stayed in Tokyo the September 6th for 5 nights and this would be our 3rd stay. This one we had prepaid our inclusive breakfast buffet and loved to get up in the morning to start our day off right! Thanks to the front desk and bell staff , offering to take our pictures with friends and acknowledging our long day in Tokyo when we returned back to the hotel. Rooms are always refreshed and cleaned. Love the Complimentart Water and fancy Nespresso machine in the lobby! We will be back and Arrgato Gozaimasu

“Good location, good room size, excellent onsen.”

Second time we have stayed here and didn't disappoint again. Staff very friendly. Room a generous size and restaurant and breakfast very good. Located just 3 stops from Tokyo station with local station just across the road. Stand-up is the 2nd floor onsen.

“Trip to Tokyo”

The Hotel was beautiful and has a family mart within the hotel, it is two blocks away from a major train station stop easily accessible with access to travel everywhere. This train is a direct line to Tokyo Disney. It is close to some beautiful sections for running and/or a couple of train stops away from Yoyogi Park. It is also close to many convenience stores. The only issue I had was the staff is not well versed in English and had trouble helping us answer the simplest of questions. I mostly googled my questions to figure out what I needed after asking for help the first time. I would not eat at the restaurant in the hotel there are way better and cheaper places outside.
