“Good location. Poor hotel.”
Firstly, nothing could spoil a trip to Japan. We absolutely love it there - and this was our fourth visit from the UK. To be honest, we only really use the hotel as a base because we are out all the time however this hotel was a massived isappointment and probably the worst one we’ve stayed in during our times in Japan. Positives - great location. Rooms fairly clean. Negatives - the rooms are basic best and extremely small even for Tokyo standards. Furthermore, we booked two rooms around 12 months before the trip (well in advance) so whoever thought it was a good idea to put my wife and I on one floor and our two teenage sons several floors below was obviously not very observant. The elevators must be operated via a key card which only allows you to access that specific floor which made it very difficult at times. I understand that some of this is to do with safety, but it just made things a challenge. To make matters worse, there is a MASSIVE issue catching the elevator. There are no stairs and the amount of times the lift would come down to us from an upper floor and it was full but then when it came back up it was full was really annoying. If meant that on one occasion we were waiting for it for over ten minutes. It was really stressful. Again, good location but just unacceptable.

Very basic hotel. Okay if you are going to spend most of your time out and about. Good value. Small rooms. Great location in Ginza, near the metro station so getting around is easy.

“Convenient location, helpful staff, great breakfasts.”
We stayed here for 3 nights as a family in 2 bedrooms. The twin room was spacious but our double was rather cramped with very little room to open our 2nd suitcase. However the location was superb with several metro stations within a short walking distance. The staff were always very helpful, the free drinks and snacks in reception were very welcome and there are little free toiletries available too. The breakfast buffet was amazing and very good with a mixture of mostly Japanese style breakfast with some cereals, pastries and fruit. We would recommend this hotel if you are looking for a hotel to stay in Tokyo.

Great business style hotel good breakfast both Japanese and international vending machine and ice machine on each floor mini fridge in room along with kettle and hairdryer. Staff super friendly and helpful baggage forwarding service easy to use and staff only to happy to assist.

“Good but not great”
Location is ok, in the high end shopping area. Room was really small and the view from room was awful, room 826 i think, was looking out onto what looked like the top of a restaurant. Lifts can get busy. On the plus side it was clean and they provide pyjamas to wear for your stay which are replaced daily as are the towels. Breakfast was ok. Would imagine this is a 3 star hotel.
