“Limited up to unable WiFi access”

A bit aged property but most unacceptable is limited of internet access, difficult to continue my working.

“Great Stay”

I really liked this hotel. I stayed here three nights. I enjoyed being in a quieter neighborhood of Tokyo, but a very short subway ride from the busier areas. I paid the same as I did in Roppongi a few days earlier, but I had a much bigger room, and it had a direct amazing view of Tokyo Skytree. It was beautiful. One of the best views I've ever had from a hotel room. Not the friendliest hotel, but that's okay. Most of the carpet on my floor and in my room was pretty stained and needed cleaning. I enjoyed staying in Koto City.

“Many disappointments”

Bedrooms are spacious and nice. Staff is nice. Good breakfast. Great pool. But my experience was ruined by a major fault and a really stupid pool management. The major fault was that they have works going on at night and they sell rooms exposed to the noise, hoping the customers won't notice. It ruined my night just before a 15 hours flight. They changed my room in the middle of the night but I couldn't get back to sleep. They didn't accept a refund, even of the swimming pool. Only offered breakfast. Epic fail ! The swimming pool is paying for hotel clients (6000 yens) which is already bad. But they have a system with an afternoon entry up to 5pm and a night entry only after 6pm. Of course you must get out at 5pm if you paid for the afternoon slot. So if you plan to relax by the pool from 3 to 7pm before a long flight get ready to be squeezed by the profit center. Very disappointing.

“Surprised by the reviews. Rock hard beds.”

Worst hotel we've had on our travels throughout Japan. The beds are awful, rock hard. Pillows flat as pancakes. I am so surprised by the reviews here. Thankfully we only stayed 1 night. Very disappointing. At a minimum new pillows needed.
