“Brillliant experience!”

This was our fifth stay at Valentin Playa de Muro, and once again we had an excellent time. We will definitely be coming back! What really makes this place special is the team. A huge thank you to Darwin, Claudio, Pablo, Marga, Leidi, Yolanda, Adriana, Sara, Mariana, Abraham, Juan David, Tyrone, Tolo and everyone else who looked after us during our stay. We know we have forgotten some names and we apologize for that, but the whole team was absolutely brilliant – friendly, welcoming and always helpful. Thank you all so much for having us and making our stay so enjoyable. The hotel itself has a very nice, relaxed atmosphere, which is one of the reasons we keep coming back. The food is very good, the accommodation is very good, and overall it is a great place for a relaxing family holiday. There are only a couple of small things that could perhaps be improved. The quality and comfort of the beds/mattresses could be better, and on a few occasions we noticed glasses left around the pool area, which could potentially be dangerous, particularly with children running around. These are minor points compared with the overall experience, though. All in all, another brilliant stay and a big thank you again to the entire Valentin Playa de Muro team. Five visits already, and certainly not our last!

“Valentin plays de muro”

Amazing stay at Valentin actually feel quite emotional about leaving. Looked after from start to finish nothing is too much. Juan made my whole holiday such a lovely happy guy made you feel right at home. One thing that I found unnecessary is not being able to use the WiFi on the day of leaving. If I’m leaving the country I’m unable to connect to it once I’ve left the hotel anyway. Think it would be beneficial for guests to continue to use this until they leave the hotel. Even the all inclusive ending at 12 i understand but I think guests needs WiFi and we pay a lot to go on holiday so I think this is a very minor thing you could change. Definitely be back though ❤️

“10/0 - Highly recommend - BEAUTIFUL HOTEL & Staff🙏🏽”

An excellent family hotel. Attentive, focused and friendly team of staff. The international buffet resturant is of the highest standard, the variety, quality & service is 10/10. The accommodation is perfect and cleaned on a daily basis, and if i wanted any attention to something from the cleaning staff they were only to happy to accommodate me. I dont often stay somewhere twice, I like to experience new places and hotels but the whole Valentin Hotel experience last year was fantastic and I didnt hesitate to rebook for this year's family holiday. My 14yr old twins said it was the best place they have ever stayed, which if you have teenagers thats high praise indeed.😁🙏🏽

“Family holiday”

We stayed at this hotel during our family holiday in August, and we were so happy with our experience. The facilities were great, and we really enjoyed the food from the restaurant. The swimming pool area was perfect for, little ones to the adults. The nearby beach was also amazing. Our room was cleaned incredibly well every single day and the staff were very nice, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. We are already talking about coming back for our next holiday! I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.
