“As always an amazing stay 😍”
Convenient location, not too far from the beach and shops. Our room was perfect. On the 1st floor, with pool view, couldn't ask do better one. Very clean and well equipped. The lady was cleaning everyday. The daily cleaning was very nice. U just love the hotel in general. Lovely big pool, pool bar area, everything is just spotless.

“Lovely”
Very good location not too far from the beach. Nice atmosphere. Room is nice, only negative is the shower floor which is very slippery. The reception gave us a carpet, later we discovered one in cupboard, so it is a well known problem. Sunbeds are very hard at swimming pool, you had to look for one that you would not feel the iron in your back. Food is one of the best buffets we had. Lots of choice at breakfast and dinner. Drinks are well priced.

“Incredibly poor experience for someone with a food allergy.”
I stayed here again for the same dance festival, and unfortunately, the situation was even worse than the previous year. Most evenings, I ended up eating alone while my friends were able to choose their food and enjoy their meals. Meanwhile, I was left trying to find someone who could help me with my allergy requirements. On one occasion, I was simply told to “go and find the chef” myself. There was far too much guesswork involved, and on several occasions over the weekend, I became unwell. When I tried to offer constructive feedback, I was met either with hostility from staff or complete indifference. When I asked reception to speak to someone about my concerns, I was told to “go and find the blonde lady in the dress”. Unsurprisingly, I never found her. I found the overall attitude towards food allergies incredibly disappointing and, at times, potentially dangerous. Guests with allergies should be able to trust that their dietary requirements will be taken seriously and handled responsibly, rather than being left to fend for themselves. Having returned for a second year, it is particularly disappointing to see that the situation has deteriorated rather than improved. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this establishment to anyone with a food allergy. The lack of support, accountability and understanding raises serious concerns about how allergy safety is managed here.

“We were satisfied with the stay.”
Location and atmosphere were good, the room was little tight, there is little place to pose things on, little room between the wardrobe and the bed. The room was clean, little noise. The staff was pleasant.
