“Wonderful Family Resort”
We have just returned from a wonderful short family break at Zafiro Bahia Resort in Mallorca, and we couldn't be happier with our stay. The service throughout the resort was absolutely excellent—the team went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and looked after. Our room was spotless and very clean, which made settling in so easy. The resort facilities for families are fantastic! The children's play area and the swimming pools were excellent, keeping the kids fully entertained throughout our stay. If I were to offer a couple of constructive suggestions for the future, it would be wonderful to see a heated outdoor pool option for the kids, as well as a slightly expanded selection of vegetarian options in the buffet. Overall, we had an amazing holiday and would definitely recommend Zafiro Bahia to families looking for a restful and fun trip. We hope to be back!

“Just ok”
Food not great food hall at buffet chaotic. Rooms basic, no basic amenities which a 4 star should have tissues, proper soap, shampoo and conditioner etc. Room was cleaned well but the room itself was tired and needed refreshed floors and walls. Staff seemed done with the season and only a few were actually friendly. Seemed expensive for what it was
