“Beautiful Sheraton Hotel set in lovely picturesque grounds.”
We stayed 4 nights at the Sheraton Cascais a lovely welcoming hotel. We were initially given an apartment that had building work going on, actual builders in the kitchen. They quickly dealt with this though and put us in another apartment. 3 bedrooms, ample room, excellent amenities for a leisurely stay. The marina is not accessible by walking with children but taxis are easily arranged by the hotel. Breakfast was lovely and staff were very attentive in arranging coffee, tea etc, very clean, as sometimes you find buffet breakfast chaotic, but not here!

“Five star hotel one star service”
Currently staying at this hotel with my family cleaning service is absolutely dreadful day after day since we arrived we constantly have to ask for the bins to be emptied,rooms to be cleaned My daughter was told by reception that the cleaner had taken a photo of a sign on the door saying do not disturb when asked to see the photo they admitted there was none . As someone doing an Ironman we requested an early breakfast and what was offered on the morning in the lobby of the hotel was a joke. This is rated as a five star hotel but I would say it’s more deserving of one star If your considering doing Ironman stay clear of this hotel.

“Average”
Tired and in urgent need of a refurbishment. Power cut in the room shrugged off, bathroom damaged, breakfast poor, isolated location… plenty of better options in Cascais. One to avoid.

“Just perfection”
If only have time to ready one sentence…read this: Just perfect! I booked one night with Marriott Points, to celebrate my wedding anniversary. I can tell you that I’ve been to a couple of hotels, some very good ones, and I’ve never been treated like in this hotel. They upgraded us to a suite, offered us breakfast that was not included, setup a super cute tent for my daughter in the room and left a champagne bottle in the room. The hotel is super quiet, the rooms are amazing, super comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was very good and also not busy. All the staff was very friendly and helpful but the last mention goes to Felipa from the front desk. She did everything in her power and above to provide us the perfect experience. If you go there…ask for her! Just a real superstar.

“Fantastic family stay”
We stayed for 4 nights at the end of our holiday in a family suite room 214. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and really couldn’t fault any aspect of the room, resort, service or overall experience. The suite was fantastic. Spacious, well equipped and beautifully designed. The kitchen is a huge bonus and very handy for families. The unlimited use of the spa with child friendly hours of 10am-1pm allowed us all the opportunity to enjoy this experience. The pool area is lovely and breakfast was highly quality/ something for everyone. The resort is a very easy uber to Cascais and walking distance from some nice restaurants, a shop and ice cream park. Huge thanks to all the staff who made our stay extra special.
