“Very noisy hotel, would NOT stay here again.”
The hotel is very loud, so it’s very difficult to have a good nights sleep here: - the walls are paper thin, you can here people talking in the next room, also their snoring and when they are using the bathroom - it’s right above a loud bar with music that goes on late - my room was above the alley and they collect the bins at 6:30am every day - they play music in the corridors that you can hear in your room There were no towels in the spa

“Casacaise Estoril vacation”
Having stayed at this hotel previously we wanted to go back to enjoy the restaurant and bar. We had another wonderful meal in your restaurant and after dinner enjoyed a drink in one of our favourite bars . We have visited for the last 4 years and never miss a visit to your bar. Fernando our barman is always a favourite with us and his attention and manner are exceptional. We think of him often when we mention to friends and family about our holiday .

“Excellent Stay at Vila Galé Estoril”
This was my first time staying at Vila Galé Estoril, and what an amazing experience it was! I arrived a bit early, and the staff were very kind to offer me an early check-in. On the day of my departure, I asked if it would be possible to have a late check-out for just one hour, and they graciously allowed it free of charge. As a member of Vila Galé Hotels, I truly appreciate the consistent hospitality and attention to detail. The room was clean and comfortable, and my sea-view room offered a stunning view. The breakfast was very good, and the massage from Sónia was incredibly relaxing, exactly what I needed! I would like to thank all the staff at Vila Galé Estoril, especially those I had direct contact with during my three-day stay. A special thank you to Manuel from the restaurant, Carla from the front office, the lady from housekeeping, and Sónia from the Spa for their kindness and thoughtful service. Thank you all for making my stay so enjoyable. I look forward to returning soon!

“Pleasant,”
Nice hotel , staff polite, clean areas, Room service was lacking in that marks on wardrobe doors had hand prints, I'm presuming from previous clients , plus doors kept falling off rollers , Shower 7ft tall on wall ,no handrails,no shaving mirror, as wall mirror very far back from sink.Bed make unfinished as throws left in ball in corner of room , Buffet, morning and evening, meals Were very unorganised, one coffee machine for espresso, and such . So a waiting line ,? One toaster, Buffet breakfast, and dinner cold ,or tepet, Nice restaurant attached, Messa Fina, hot food and reasonably priced. Good area,nice walks, good transport, Hope this helps
