The reference is a random selection of numbers and letters (or just letters) in any order. If you're having trouble using your airline reference on the airline’s website, please check you are using the right letters and numbers. The letters I, O and Z can look like the numbers 1, 0 and 2.
How do I add baggage, pre book seats and other extras to my flight?

You can add baggage, seats and other extras on your airline’s website – you’ll pay them directly for this, not us. Most airlines have a Manage My Booking page to do this. You'll need your airline reference to log in, which you’ll find in the Flights section of your holiday documentation.
Here’s the full list of information you might need, so make sure you’ve got it all before you start!
- Your flight reference from your Thomas Cook invoice / confirmation. (This is not your Thomas Cook booking reference!) It’s in the Flights section, labelled either ‘Airline reference’ or ‘Flight booking number’ (depending on when you booked your holiday). See the examples below.
Or:
- Lead passenger’s surname
- The email address your booking confirmation was sent to
- Your flight dates
- Your passport details
