How do I add baggage and pre book seats with Vueling?

The best way to add baggage and seats for Vueling flights is when you’re booking your holiday on our website.

If you’ve already booked and want to add baggage and seats, you still can. You'll need to log on to Vueling’s website and pay them directly. We've added a link below to take you there, but you might find it helpful to read these instructions first. And just so you know, any extras you add directly with Vueling won’t show on your Thomas Cook invoice.

• Your flight reference. This is not your Thomas Cook booking reference. You’ll find it in the Flights section of your Thomas Cook invoice / confirmation, labelled either ‘Airline reference’ or ‘Flight booking number’ (depending on when you booked your holiday), as in these examples:

Follow the link to Vueling at the bottom of this page. Search by ‘Origin/Destination’, as shown below, and use your airline reference and flight details to access your booking.

You’ll then be able to book your seats and add any extra baggage you need.
