How do I add baggage and pre book seats with Freebird?

If you’ve already booked your holiday and want to add baggage and seats, you can. You'll need to log on to Freebird’s website and pay them directly. We've dropped a link below to take you there but you might want to read these instructions first, to make it easier.

Just so you know, any flight extras you add this way won’t show on your Thomas Cook invoice, as you’ll pay Freebird directly.

Make sure you have the following handy, as you can't access your booking without it!

• Your flight reference. This is not your Thomas Cook booking reference. You’ll find it in the Flights section of your Thomas Cook invoice, labelled ‘Airline reference’ or ‘Flight booking number’ (depending on when you booked your holiday), as shown in these examples:

• Lead passenger surname
• Your payment card details

Once you’ve clicked through to Freebird, type your airline reference in the 'Reservation Number' box and enter your surname.

When you're in your booking, scroll to the bottom of the page and you can add your extras. There are a few packages to pick from, depending on your destination.
