Sitting on the south-east coast of Lanzarote, one of the Canary Islands, Puerto del Carmen is a popular beach resort for relaxing holidays in the sun. It has a subtropical climate bringing warm, dry weather to the region all year round, with temperatures nearly at their peak in June.
