One of the best holidays ever been 3 times now staff great room spotless. Food ok entertainment is always great friendly kids dont want to go anywhere else. Reception staff always helpful entertainment team always make things fun for kids and adults.Bar staff friendly and always chatting with people cleaners are loverly a cross the road from water park close to shop bars and beach. The little market shop on site is good for wat u need and woman and man owners are great. But best of all is Egun and his wife the tatoo and hair salon owners ive had 4 tattoo wife hd 3 mum had 1 auntie had 1 and all was perfect. Every time we go have a few hair cuts and shave wife and daughter get there hair braided,cut,blown,and nails done never been un happy with the work done lovely people and the other staff and there dad are great and least but not last is danny davito photo guy salt of the earth guy and pics are always great.

We have stayed in this hotel for a few years now , Absolutly love every min of our stay rooms we’re lovely clean and had everything we needed for us and our children , we had a 2 bed apartment with two bathrooms and a kitchen and living space. The hotel has a salon run by Julia and speedy the most kind generous people Iv ever met honestly would do anything for anyone they were amazing throughout our stay and their prices are amazing to think we all had something done every other day when we stayed their , Pelin the manager made sure our stay was outstanding even when a lady from Scotland left their jewellery behind in their room Pelin approached me and asked would I take it to them in the Uk I did and the customer who left them was over the moon such honest friendly staff at alenze , we went for Turkish bath and massage was Absolutly lovely felt so refreshed after , entertainment staff where amazing as usual , Danny davito and who does professional photos did us an amazing deal with some amazing photos yet again , food was lovely drinks were reasonably priced nice and strong , pool was clean water slides are great for the kids , all the bar staff where so polite and well mannered , cleaners we very thorough and nice and finally the lady in the shop Absolutly love her to bits shop items are cheap and good for our family with lovely little gifts to bring home for our family , amazing holiday Carnt wait to see our alenz family again in august love to you all thank you for making our holiday the best one yet all the best see you soon love Chelsey Liam and the girls ❤️

Very friendly hotel

Alenz suite hotel is a very friendly family hotel with spacious rooms and good facilities. I would recommend a visit to the hairdressers where you can also get a great selection of beauty treatments for women and men. There is also a tattoo shop and my favourite is Coral jewellery where I am a regular visitor who can design and make almost whatever you want. They also have a great selection of ready made jewellery. The restaurant has a great selection of meals at very reasonable prices,
