We've been to Alanya over 11 times however this time was our MOST enjoyable time as we got to stay at a hotel that couldn't do any more for you! This was our 3rd time lucky booking this hotel due to covid. 3rd time lucky we get to go, I took the family and wanted to impress them and they haven't been away for 9 years and they were shocked when they had came here. (they have stayed at the Orange county which was the vikingen many miles up the road they said never again to turkey) I first heard about this hotel when we stayed at the sunprime (selena hotel) next door when the manager gave us wrist bands to use the facilities in 2019 and we advised we would come back stay at it. It was well worth the wait as we all had a fab time although 1 little negative review however it wouldn't stop us coming here, the beach wasn't the best especially when going into the sea with lots of rocks.. We would like to thank all staff for an enjoyable stay and we will see you again soon!

My friend and I arrived at the numa bay exclusive hotel on 24th October 20 22 for 14 nights . The reception lads were fantastic after all it was midnight when we arrived. A lovely young lad escorted us to our rooms. Then showed us were rhe bar was for a few drinks , bar is open 24hrs so theres never a rush for last orders . Victor was very helpful along with a great team of lovely young lads . The cake bar was very nice and a great place to relax with a lovely cup of coffee made by a lovely young lad with a heart shape om the top . Very good service indeed . While we were there it was my birthday i got gifts of fruit basket and wine card and the cleaning lady was fantastic she made hearts swans flower arrangements on my bed every day so nice . The hotel is spotless and food is amazing there will always something you can enjoy , waiters in the restaurant are also on the ball , asking what drink you would like as soon as you sat down . Entertainment could have been a bit better , but nothing i would complain about after all its a very big complex and have to cater for a lot of people. Theres spar with a free 15min massage ,sauna indoorpool and gym . I had my hair washed and dryed twice in the hairdressers on site , he did it beautifully. All in all this hotel is well with a visit , it will take you a few days to find out where everything is . Fantastic Hotel

My husband and I stayed for 11 days in October 2022 for my 40th birthday. We arrived at 2am and were greeted at reception and swiftly taken to our room. We booked a swim up room and it was stunning. Pros: the hotel was very clean and in excellent condition. Whilst the entertainment is minimal i have to give a very special shout out to Ibrahim (ibish) and Ali on the animation team. They always greeted us with the warmest welcome, were fun and fantastic with all the adukts and children. Ibish and my husband had a lovely bromance and made our experience wonderful. Lutfu was also very welcoming. The all inclusive facilities were great. Staff especially in the restaurant and lobby bar were always very welcoming and helpful, we never waited long for a table in the buffet, like i said everything was constantly being cleaned. Joes bar was lovely food E15.00 supplement but worth it and supplement also for tbone steak. Beach is small but calm and loads of sunbeds. Cons: (ish) Location!! Its a 2+hr transfer from the airport and 30 mins into Alanya. Whilst there is a few shops and hotels just outside it was a ballache for travelling. Food! Dont get me wrong the food was lovely but the selection was not huge and what was on offer was very repetitive. Obviously no pork, and suprisingly not alot of chicken so you need to eat lamb and beef to get by. Spa! Expensive! There are better deals if you visit the tour shop opposite the main entrance. Trips! Again book outside the hotel you will save a fortune for the exact same trip. Overall: if i could pick the hotel up and move it, i would defo go back every year, if i could pick up Ibish and Ali and take them on every holiday again i would. We had a fabulous holiday and would go again.
