“Just amazing”
We are currently staying here and its really lovley. Room is great. Very spacious and comfy. Great attention from housekeeping. Live the reception area and the breakfast is possibly the best we have had anywhere . The choice of produce is superb. We have a few more nights here and going to enjoy every moment . A special word for all the staff who are undeniably the heart of the hotel.

“Not as expected 😕”
A disappointing experience! Pros Hotel is a 10 minute walk out of Bilbao and has underground parking ( although expensive ) which is a bonus with motorbikes. Staff on check in efficient and friendly enough. Reception area bright and airy. Rooms large and clean (more to come). Bed very comfortable and a good powerful shower. Breakfast outstanding ( but expensive) with a very varied selection of hot and cold food and good coffee. Food replenished regularly. Cons For whatever reason we were given a disabled room which was fitted out for a wheelchair user! On checking other rooms were still available to book so I fail to see the reason behind this. Surely this room should have remained free for someone who required those adaptions in the event of the hotel receiving such a booking. The room was noisy and it was easy to hear others using either their toilet or shower as well as moving about their room. Not just what you expect in a hotel of this standard. The dining room was very cold and generally empty at dinner but this did not deter the fairly abrupt staff from rushing us through our meal. The menu was limited and food average. As previously stated both breakfast and parking came with a hefty price tag.

Wow, what a great experience myself and my mother have had. The hotel was absolutely amazing, so clean, well kept… room cleaned every single day. The hotel itself was a 10 min walk from the Old Town. The member of staff in the hotel his name was Asier is the most welcoming, kind and funniest I have ever met in my travels, He was absolutely amazing, so attentive. He knew our drinks order the minute we arrived into the hotel and brought it straight to us without having to ask. He asked us how our day was everyday, if we needed anything in particular and etc he gave us recommendations to visit and we visited his hometown without his recommendation and we laughed about it , what an absolute joy it was to be in the presence of this wonderful man and what a credit he is to your hotel brand. I think to be honest he made our experience a 10/10 thank you Asier, big hugs from Ireland

Fantastic hotel, excellent & friendly service, sparkling clean room with a view. I highly recommend this hotel. There is a bus stop outside but we walked the 10 min into the old town.

“Good value in Bilbao; creative decor; helpful, cheerful service”
Our family of 5 adults stayed here for 3 nights in August, including breakfast and parking. Because it is so difficult to park in central Bilbao itself, we mostly took taxis for our meals and visits. The onsite parking was convenient but a challenge to navigate the winding descent to the garage. Our rooms were quite nice with good value because we were away from the center of town. The breakfast buffet was well stocked and tasty. We had friendly, good and prompt service. Recommend this hotel
