“Loved staying at the Katerina Palace Hotel”
The hotel was in the perfect location, the rooms were lovely. The breakfast was a standard European continental breakfast, lots of options. The reception staff were very helpful and the light system for room cleaning was a revelation, we had not seen such a good system before. A special shout out to the day time barman, Nico, he was funny, engaging, and really made our days at the pool fun. Thanks, Nico. I hope you're still working there when we come back. You really were fantastic and so good at your job. The strawberry milkshakes were perfect. Have a good off season and thanks again. Would definitely recommend and will come back.

“Poor”
Tbh a very disappointing hotel. The old woman on reception who we named the Queen was extremely rude and sharp when on our arrival we reported that the floor in our room 229 was sticky and dirty to the left of the bed and the fridge did not work. Another fridge appeared 2 days later which was left in the hallway outside of the bathroom! At least it worked! The view from our balcony was not nice! The dining room is inadequate for the amount of guests and the hot food is COLD! On another note Argassi is a lovely resort with very good restaurants, shops, bars and far superior hotels. I would suggest that if you’re looking to go to this resort you don’t go to this hotel due to the inconsistent cleanliness, decor, service ect.

“Mixed feelings”
Had a fabulous large refurbished room overlooking the pool and the hotel is in a great location. However I can only describe the breakfast as “underwhelming” with a limited choice which as the holiday progressed the choice of food on offer also reduced. The ‘hot’ food was barely warm and the breakfast room was unbelievably cramped. But what I really couldn’t believe for a 3T+ hotel was the fact you had to clear your own table and tables were not wiped over between people leaving and others sitting down. My 2nd disappointment is about one of the reception staff who was unbelievably rude and hostile to my mild mannered brother-in-law when he went to report an issue with his air con. Argassi is a fabulous resort with many brilliant places to eat and drink special mention to Target restaurant up on the mountain which we visited twice. We will probably return to Argassi but not to this hotel.

We had a lovely time at this hotel pool super clean and we could find sun beds Bar staff Kris and Nick where amazing company to talk and both when above and beyond for everyone!!! rooms where also clean and modern

“Wonderful stay”
We just finished our visit and we have to say that we had a magnificent time at the hotel, special thanks have to go to the cleaner's that kept our room spotless! The reception was very helpful and accommodating to all our need's helping us all the way , Bar staff made our days putting a huge smile 😊 on your face every day and night.What more can we say would recommend to anyone looking to have a great stay !!! Thank you again too all we will be back soon !!!
