“Great hotel”

We were really worried after reading reviews of the hotel and the resort - to the point that we almost cancelled. So glad we didn’t. The hotel is dated but it’s spotlessly clean with friendly staff. Nice big rooms. Location is spot on - steps from the pool area to the beach/sea. The sea is so lovely and warm. No rush for sun loungers in September which is a big tick. Slap bang in the resort which is mainly on a busy road but it isn’t awful. We didn’t have a bad meal at all and all of the restaurants have great reviews. Our favourites were Erato, Serenity and Charlie Chaplins. I would recommend booking restaurants in advance because it’s ever so busy. Mixture of restaurants and music bars showing sport in the resort. We will definitely be returning.

“A hotel that turned our nightmare into a dream”

I had to write a review about this fabulously family run hotel. I really don’t know what we’d have done without their help and assistance. On Thursday 10/09/2026 we arrived at another hotel we booked, that was dirty, with mouldy walls and a smell that smelt like cat pee, that permeated the whole hotel, as a disabled customer in which the bathroom was inappropriate for me to use. Due to the immediate risk to my health I had to leave. I tried to contact the Tui in resort rep, but had to get out of that hotel. I tried the Xenos beach hotel as they had availability showing, when I arrived feeling overwhelmingly stressed and upset, they sorted everything for us, the hotel certainly came to the rescue and the visitors in the hotel came and helped us with our cases. All I can say is a very big thank you to all the hotel staff, who are awesome and the people staying here for their warm welcome towards us. In fact, such was the reception we got and what they did for us over the rest of the week, we’ve booked for next year. The hotel is usually fully booked with repeat bookings,( we luckily got a cancellation), on a yearly basis. I can’t thank the people at this hotel enough, they saved us from an increasingly bad situation and gave us the best weeks holiday we’ve had. Tui was unable to solve our situation as the need for an immediate response for us to be moved did not happen. I’ve now got the stress of sorting out a serious complaint on my return home. You won’t go wrong with this hotel, it’s super clean and their mantra is meeting your needs. A fully booked hotel year on year speaks for itself when it comes to this hotel’s loyal customers, of which we have now become. Thank you

“Beautiful place with amazing staff”

The fact we've returned is a good enough reason to give a raving review and lots of families return year in & out, its that perfect. Rooms are super clean, we had two bed side view. This had main double bed & 3x beds in 2nd room, kitchenette has everything you need for odd food to prepare, bathroom need a revamp but still clean. Fresh and absolutely white bed linen & towels replenished daily. We purchased aircon as it was very hot, which worked perfect & safe key. Bar & pool area is fantastic, especially with small steps to a great beach. Food & drinks very good & very reasonable. The best bit is all the amazing staff, who are so friendly, helpful & cant do enough for you. The cleaning/maintenance staff always doing something & smiling. Just love it here, small stride to main road with plentiful shops, bars & restaurants.

“Nice holiday with friends.”

Overall a very good holiday. Excellent housekeeping. One very annoying factor was that some guests put their towels on the best positioned sun beds before midnight to reserve !

“Stormy”

This is a lovely family run hotel. Yes, the bedrooms are dated and our bathroom could do with a serious makeover. Our room with 2 bedrooms, clearly used to be a one bedroom suite, with the lounge area repurposed. This is a one balcony room with a partial view, not side sea view. Street side with a glimpse of the sea. Not what we paid for. Be sure when you collect your room key that you are offered what you booked. Beds are very comfortable. The cleaning is the best I have come across, with fresh towels every day. All staff are very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is fresh and with plenty of choice. Bacon, egg, sausage and beans for those who stick to a full English wherever they stay. Beach is not clean, small and not for young children. We were joined by a storm for the first week of October, so never got in the pool. I would stay here again but on the south side of the building in a side sea view room. Plenty of good restaurants in Argassi. Can recommend LuuMa, Zinc and Charlie Chaplins. Try Skyfall beach bar too.
