“Best hotel in Argassi”
Absolutely fabulous hotel, we have been staying here over the past 20 yrs and the standards just keep improving. We had a fabulous room with a jacuzzi bath and 2 separate bathrooms, the views are amazing and everyone is so friendly some of the staff here have been working here for a very long time so Jenny and the team must look after them, this shows in the friendly service and spotlessly clean rooms and pool area. Can’t wait to visit here again.

“Lovely hotel”
Excellent hotel with lovely rooms and brilliant staff. Beautiful position at the end of ‘the strip’ of Agassi. The walk along to the restaurants and shops wasn’t difficult at all, just a little narrow in places!

“Second lovely visit.”
Second visit this year, (came end of May) and just as good. Comfy bed , nice room with fab sea view. Breakfast excellent with lots of choice. Effie very pleasant and attentive, organised a facial and massage which I had on my balcony, bliss!!. Weather a bit iffy as had 3 thunderstorms but it was still warm . My two favourite restaurants were closed for the winter, unfortunately. Hope to come back next May/June.

“Total relaxation in good company”
The metamorphosation that Windmill Bay hotel undertook post covid era. I think it was 2022. We first enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere in 2015. As we stayed self catering at the Windmill hotel owned by the mother & father of the daughter's Windmill Bay Htl. But after 10 o'clock we turned up & settled at the rear on sun loungers. We made use of the existing bar facilities and there I practised my very elementary greek words when ordering fraishments long until the sun rays faded. The existing ice cream fridge adjoined now serves as breakfast support. There was no direct access to the water from the wall edge that ran all the way up to the other end screened off by the existing hedge. The pool was only half the size it is now and had no child section. There were a few selected sun beds scattered behind the pool area and tables. September 2026 we had reserved a superior room Upon our 8:15pm arrival Αναστασία greeted us warmly offering choice of sparkling or watered lemon glass. With an apology for the room mix up. Instead of the booked we were offered 103 Junior suite. King size bed & use of Jacuzzi. Which we handed back at 1pm nxt day Lunched in the bar where Έφη brought the door card so we could switch then later returned the primer. Room 316 located on 2nd floor. Inside to the right of entrance the modern rain shower head & direct spray spill on to a tray with door slide. had been installed. Upon the shelf ERA environmental friendly shower products designer bowl sink Two sided hanging wardrobe with shelves. twin spacious beds pushed together. Bedwear [3 chges] over 2 weeks. Bed made up not to our standard. We re-made beds ourselves. Bed side tables. /ceylon-bergamot black tea Fridge Nespresso 4 pods nougat in box welcome selection of blk breakfast bergamot tea green camomile red berries. 1.5L water in fridge. Bfast choice from continental & cereals or cooked & eggs fried or omelette of choice ingrediants fresh orange juice 2 types of coffee Dowegberts or perculated. Fresh made pressed orange. Jugs of apple + Staff cleaning public areas constantly. Grass area at the rear is mowed but the debrits are left covering ground. The eggs prep station with choice of light fried or omelette. The penultimate day I spoke with Αναστασία about the use of a room for our late departure. And was told to wait until pre-departure. Initially the plan was to move and take up ano allocated paying a reasonable extended day rate. Prep'd bags for rm chge Phone ring to announce room ready then ph rang again, you don't need to move frm 316 we hve sorted it out. HK called in with chge of towels. Handed sweets & €10 serv chrge. Went 3x to feed sea fish. Lunch of Bruscheta olives sundried toms & chives & feta berries cider me cheese/cucumber baguette laté goodbyes to Elena me Katarina. Efficient Effie booked cab 6:15 arrvd 6:10 Lp donated her summer read to the library.
