    Sardinia weather February

What's the weather like in Sardinia in February?

Located in the middle of the Mediterranean Sea, the Italian island of Sardinia is still quite wintery in February, with cooler temperatures in comparison with the hot summer months. If you visit at this time of year you’ll need to bring plenty of layers, but you can leave the waterproof coat at home as February is mainly dry and sunny. If you like snow sports, Sardinia also has ski resorts, making this the perfect place for action-packed winter holidays.

On average, temperatures in Sardinia at this time of year are a cool 11°C, with highs of 15°C. Just 15mm of rain is expected during the month of February, so showers are short and light. Around five hours of sunshine are forecast each day, but it’s not beach weather yet as the Mediterranean waters are a brisk 14°C. After dark, temperatures dip to a low of 7°C, so you’ll need warm clothes for evenings out.
