“Great hotel and staff”
First of all – exceptional sea views. There is a road just outside the hotel, which could be a little noisy during the day but there is a decent music at the hotel and the sunset views compensated it all. Closed at night balcony doors blocked off all the eventual noise from outside. Great location – not far from shops and town centre (within 15-20 minutes walking distance) but distant enough from the town noise. The access to the hotel is uphill but there are yellow taxis or local mini-buses (dolmus No. 5) which stop right at the hotel on request. Hotel is overall very clean and tidy, although it could do with some TLC in places. Our room was always spotless. We found all the staff to be very welcoming, friendly and helpful despite very long shift days. We felt very well looked after. We had half board and there was a good choice of breakfast combining continental and local food. Evening meals consisted of a small choice and were very well prepared and tasty. The only downside were the usual sunbed blockers, who put towels as early as 7 am, but then left them unused for the most of the days, until they came back from their day trips. Not unique to this hotel but something that many hotels suffer from. We definitely recommend this hotel, and if we will ever be back in Kusadasi, this will be again the hotel of our choice.

“Pretty hotel with fantastic views and sunsets.”
Welcomed by Roman who checked us in and showed us up to our room. Clean and fresh room. A little tired in places but overall very happy. Excellent water pressure in the shower which is always a bonus. Maids changed bedding and towels daily. Stayed B&B. Continental (meats, cheeses etc cereals breads. Or boiled/scrambled eggs, with Turkish sausage and potato accompaniment. Had dinner twice on evening and food was delicious. Staff were amazing. Nothing was too much to ask for. Brought drinks over to you at pool. The infinity pool was lovely overlooking the bay and the most beautiful sunsets. It’s situated at the top of hill but go either left to Ladies Beach or the Harbour to the right. Would definitely recommend and would visit again.

“June Stay 2026”
Just had a lovely week at this hotel. Lovely room overlooking the sea. Lovely friendly staff always smiling and greeting you whenever you saw them. Serkan the manager was very helpful if you had any issues and to be fair there were none. Stayed in Bed and Breakfast basis and that was great with enough choice. Looking at returning next September. Thanks La Vista

“This is the place to stay in Kusadasi. You won’t regret it”
The best hotel we stayed in throughout Turkey. The service in the restaurant is excellent. The pool is so welcome after a long tour day especially in this heat. We loved being a little away from the chaos of Kusadasi and walking around the area, it seems by far the nicest hotel in the area with the most amazing views
