“Nice family vacation”
We stayed here for one week in October as a family and would recommend it to our friends and family. As we visited during the off-season, we cannot judge how crowded the resort gets during peak season, but we can imagine that it may be more difficult to find available sun loungers or hammocks on the beach or around the pool. However, the hotel offers many lovely areas and bars where guests can relax, so people are well spread out throughout the resort and it hopefully never feels too crowded. BURAK from the entertainment team is a very friendly and approachable person, especially with children, and was always happy to stop for a chat. The food was very good, and we felt that there was a good variety and selection, especially considering that there were not many guests in October. The only points worth mentioning are related to housekeeping. Room cleaning was unfortunately not very thorough, with the same dusty areas and spots remaining throughout the week and simply being moved around rather than properly cleaned. In addition, the housekeeping staff did not always respect the "Do Not Disturb" signs and entered the rooms on a few occasions despite our request not to have the rooms serviced. As my child happened to be in the room at the time, she had to try to explain the situation in a foreign language. Fresh bed linen was not always fitted properly, causing the sheet to come loose after only a little movement and requiring frequent readjustment to avoid lying directly on the mattress. In addition, one time the duvet cover was far too large for the duvet itself. The bed had a single duvet, but the cover appeared to be intended for a double duvet, making it feel uncomfortable . There was also an unusual smell when entering the room, particularly in the bathroom, which unfortunately remained throughout our stay. The evening entertainment started rather late for families with younger children. The mini disco began at 8:30 p.m., which may be reasonable during the height of summer, but in October it already felt quite late. The main shows started at 9:30 p.m. and on some evenings as late as 10:15 p.m., which we found too late for families with children. Apart from these points, which were not a major issue for us as we were staying for only one week, we can recommend this hotel and would consider booking it again for a short break as long as it offers good value for money.

“Omer prime hotel and spa”
Absolutely stunning resort. Staff are friendly and can't do enough for you . Jack out holiday rep went beyond our expectations . No problem or query was too much for him to help. The grounds are spotlessly clean. We came for a relaxing break celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary and we couldn't ask for anything else during our stay Well being spa is definitely must We treated ourselves to one of the treatments and came out of there totally revitalize. 5 🌟 The beach is a private with free sunbeds available throughout the day.

“Good with a little room for improvement”
Stayed here for 9 days during September into October. The location of the hotel is stunning, beautiful views out to sea with the most amazing sunsets. The hotel bedrooms, public areas, pools and restaurant were all well maintained and spotlessly clean. The beach area is very nice, but would benefit from the sand being raked on occasion due the large number of cigarette ends present. The no smoking areas outside the snack bars were ignored by guests with no attempt by staff to enforce the rule. Our bedroom was side facing, which meant that the road noise from the very busy 6 lane road outside was pretty loud. It was manageable with the patio doors closed, but our balcony wasn't somewhere you would sit for a pleasant break from the public areas. I'd advise asking for a sea view or garden room as these will face away from the road. The main swimming pool was very nice, although absolutely freezing! We didn't go to the silent pool so cannot comment on that. There are two water slides to the side of the main pool open at set times during the day and there is a children's splash area. The hotel was particularly quiet during our stay so we had absolutely no trouble getting sun loungers and parasols in any of the areas including on the small beach. The spa was lovely, sauna, Turkish bath and a massage were all excellent. Entertainment during the day was a very short (10 min) yoga session, aqua aerobics (10 mins) and darts or boccia - again all only lasting for a very short time. There is a table tennis available along with a small amusements section for the children. The evening entertainment was very hit and miss. The acrobats show and the Fire show were good but started far too late at 10.15pm with very little else happening before or after. Food in the buffet restaurant was adequate, you would not go hungry here but most things were only lukewarm and the selection was very repetitive. The two snack bars food choice was very poor indeed, with the same selection being rolled out every single day. The patisserie was a pleasant place to go for an afternoon coffee, but again the cakes and pastries on offer were very basic and repetitive. I was very disappointed to see that Turkish Delight was not offered as an option during the evening, only at breakfast time! We visited the Italian a la carte once during our stay. The food was excellent, definitely a step up from the buffet restaurant, but we felt a little rushed in there. Overall a great value for money stay at a lovely hotel which, with just a few small improvements, could be out of this world.

“Okay, wouldnt go back!”
**11-Night Stay at Omer Prime Resort, Kusadasi** We recently spent 11 nights at Omer Prime Resort in Kusadasi. Overall, we had some lovely moments, but there are definitely areas where the hotel could improve. The **views are impressive**, and the sunset down at the **beach bar was absolutely lovely**. The staff at the **pool snack bar were brilliant** — friendly, helpful and always welcoming. A special mention has to go to **Memmet, Adian and Silla**, who were all fabulous with our little boy and really helped make his holiday enjoyable. They were fantastic with him and are a real credit to the hotel. The **housekeeping staff were also friendly**, although our room was not cleaned every day, which was disappointing during an 11-night stay. Unfortunately, we found the **food disappointing overall**. Out of the 11 nights, we felt the food was only really good on two evenings. At times, it also appeared that more effort was being made when groups of business visitors were staying at the hotel, which was disappointing. The **entertainment schedule could also be improved**, particularly for families with young children. The gap between the snack bar finishing at around 4pm and dinner starting at 7pm is quite long, especially with children. The mini disco at 8:30pm and shows at 10:30pm also felt far too late for families with younger kids. We were also disappointed with the **water slides**, as they were not always operating. The children's pool slides were not available every day either, which was frustrating when this is something families understandably expect to be able to use during their stay. There was also a **safety concern on the big water slide**. There was a step which, from what we saw, did not have any anti-slip protection. We witnessed a young lad slip on this area and he subsequently ended up wearing a knee brace. This was concerning to see and we feel the hotel should review the safety of this area and consider whether additional anti-slip measures are needed. The **water sports were also very expensive**, at around €60 for just 10 minutes, which we felt was poor value. One of the more uncomfortable aspects of our stay involved an animation team member named **Burak**. We personally found some of his behaviour towards guests strange and uncomfortable. We saw him repeatedly pestering guests to get him alcoholic drinks from the bar. What made us particularly uncomfortable was that, after getting the drinks, we observed him drinking them himself while sitting with guests, but then hiding the drinks by pushing them underneath guests' tables or chairs. We found this behaviour very unusual and inappropriate, and feel this is something hotel management should be aware of and look into. The **spa was also disappointing** and, in our opinion, not particularly good. Another thing to be aware of is the **location**. There isn't really anything around the hotel within walking distance, so you are quite reliant on the hotel facilities or transport if you want to go somewhere else. This may not suit people who like to leave the resort and explore the local area on foot. There are certainly positives to the hotel, particularly the **beautiful views, lovely sunsets, friendly staff and the fantastic members of the animation team who looked after our son**. However, for us, the food, entertainment timings, housekeeping consistency, availability of the children's slides, spa and some aspects of the animation team need improvement. Overall, we enjoyed parts of our holiday, but there are several areas where we feel the resort needs to improve, particularly when it comes to **food quality, family-friendly timings and safety**. With some attention to these issues, this could be a much better family holiday destination.

We had such a good time here was here for 10 days and we had no faults - everything was very clean receptions / bars / pool / rooms ect. Had a big variety of drinks . All the staff were incredibly friendly especially burak he always made us feel welcome . He would always have a chat with us and have a laugh his priority was to ensure we had a good holiday
