“Very well run hotel.”

Just stayed 6 nights at this excellent hotel. It's a bit remote from Kusadasi city, (30mins by public bus), but as it's all inclusive, you don't really need bars or restaurants nearby. The bedroom was big, well equipped (kettle, mini-bar, safe, balcony, drying rack on balcony) Rooms and public areas were spotlessly clean. Great maintenance, everything works. Outdoor areas and landscaping are great. The staff were engaging and helpful, all looking great in their smart uniforms. Most spoke good English, and German. The food was excellent in quality, variety and choice in all three restaurants. The spa, sauna, steam room, hammam, gym and pools were all in great condition. The local bus to/from Kusadasi stops outside the hotel (Bus 34) and costs 80Lira each way (about €1.50) I would happily stay at this lovely hotel again.

“Disappointing 5-Star Experience – Beautiful Grounds but Let Down by Food and Staff Vibe”

We stayed in room 4002 during October 2026. The room itself was very nice, well-maintained, and cleaned daily. The fridge was consistently restocked with Coca-Cola, orange soda, and water. While we booked a swim-up room, the attached pool was unfortunately far too cold to actually use. We were also woken up every morning from 7:00 AM by the cleaners loudly talking to each other as they moved back and forth. The hotel grounds and gardens are absolutely beautiful. However, the service and dining options fell short of expectations. The pool bar was nice, but the staff there were quite grumpy. Upstairs above the restaurant, the bar offers a lovely daytime view over the beach, but we experienced long waits when one specific barmaid was on shift. She regularly disappeared for long periods, leaving the bar completely unattended. Later in the afternoon, the evening staff took over. We frequently witnessed the manager standing around for long stretches flirting with female staff and being incredibly rude to the male staff, barking orders at them while doing nothing himself. It is not what you want to see while on holiday. On a positive note, the upstairs coffee bar makes great coffees (included in the all-inclusive package) and offers a massive selection of cakes. The food in the main restaurant offered plenty of choice, but it was essentially the same bland food every day. Breakfast was the worst aspect—they actually had chips and rice on the menu. Naturally, there is no pork, so expect no real bacon; they only offered horrid cocktail sausages alongside eggs in various styles. It is very clear the food choices are heavily geared toward British travellers. Despite this target audience, we got a strong impression that the staff do not actually like British guests. There was a very telling shift in the vibe when British people were being served compared to other nationalities. The snack bar was okay and offered table service with decent fast-food options that were generally much better than the main restaurant. Location-wise, the hotel is situated in a local residential area. There are a few bars along the beach, but they seemed quite run-down, and I personally wouldn't eat or drink in them. While I noticed some online reviews mentioned rude locals, we did not experience this ourselves. The beach has a water sports hut offering various activities; we didn't try them, but the people who did looked like they were having a lot of fun. Overall, outside of some rude staff and poor food, the rest of the hotel was just okay. We know a 5-star rating in Turkey is very different from a 5-star rating in the UK, but the extra money paid for this resort felt like a waste. We have honestly had better experiences at 4-star all-inclusive resorts in Turkey. Would I go again? Highly unlikely.

“Disappointing”

Visited in august 2026 as a family group. On arrival- very late and after a long journey- was not given a warm welcome at reception. Booked this hotel on the 24hr All inclusive basis so to be told there was minimal food option on arrival was very poor - a dry cheese sandwich and biscuits were all that were available- none of which my dairy allergic daughter could eat. The resort itself is lovely with large pool and direct access to a lovely beach with sunbeds and parasols. Grounds kept beautiful. But - it is in a large residential area where the locals are pretty unfriendly and most of the guests are themselves Turkish Muslim- as such we felt like total outsiders as an English family and also felt treated like second class, particularly at mealtimes and from reception staff. The friendliest faces though were from the animation team who worked hard to entertain and engage people and were a big credit to the hotel. As was mehmet from the spa who was very friendly and good natured - my partner enjoyed daily chats with this lovely man who is a real bonus to the spa. The drinks were ok, the food was repetitive in the main restaurant- the snack bar was great but the pool though with fresh cooked food and table service - but every dessert tasted the same. We enjoyed the holiday but would not return.

“Brilliant Holiday”

Just back from a week at Palm Wings and have to say we loved the hotel. We had a lovely 1st Floor room in Block D overlooking the swim up rooms. The room was spacious and comfortable and very clean. Great free mini bar with soft drinks restocked. Only criticism was that after using the teabags on day 1 they weren’t replaced for the whole holiday! There were always plenty of sunbeds free round the pool and on the beach. We spent most time at the beach as we didn’t like the music blasting out around the pool. No need for it really. Food at the hotel is plentiful and always something to choose. You’d struggle not to find something to eat. Lovely being able to sit outside to eat too. Only thing was the knives could have been sharper. Struggled to cut the food with them. We ate one night in the à la carte restaurant where you get a menu covering the Turkish, Italian or seafood choices. It was nice being waited on and all the food was lovely. Especially the bread, meats, cheeses and dips for starter. We were all inclusive plus on our holiday however I don't know if it was as it was coming to the end of the season but there were not many branded alcoholic drinks available. There were so many cats in and around the hotel and we were tempted to sneak a couple of kittens home with us. I suffered a few mosquito bites whilst there so worth coming prepared. Overall we loved our time and were sad to leave. Definitely looking to book again for next year. Thanks to all the staff for making our stay enjoyable.

“Doesn’t really cater to UK Families”

We visited in August School holidays with two adults and five children from UK. The hotel itself is very clean and the pool and slides were open all holiday, so cannot complain about those facilities. Food could have been better but it depends on your preferences. It caters more towards central/eastern Europe but I always found something to eat. It’s more difficult with children as they prefer cereals or pancakes in a morning and it was mainly cold meats/yogurts/cheeses which don’t appeal to kids. The lunchtime menu in the pool bar was fantastic, the pizzas especially. But it differed to the main buffet as you had to order and wait for food. It’s good knowing it has been cooked fresh but the system seemed chaotic and often our order didn’t arrive or was incomplete. Not sure why they couldn’t just have the lunchtime foods in a buffet format to make it easier for guests. Just resulted in lunch taking easily over an hour from sitting to finishing when you might only want a quick bite to eat. The entertainment was hit and miss. The kids show repeated songs over and over (to be expected I suppose) but some of the family entertainment was mainly in Turkish and occasionally in English. The music around the pool was also pretty drab. I understand it’s personal tastes but just playing some mainstream pop songs, I’m sure would be an improvement. The hotel is located a good 20 minutes from the town so only option is a taxi if you want to see outside of the hotel. There are some shops nearby and a bazaar for buying gifts/clothes etc. The prices in the resort shop and the photo booths I found quite competitive which makes a difference to other resorts I have visited. You could buy drinks/snacks or the photos taken by staff for a reasonable price. In our visit there were two other families from the UK. Made it a little difficult for children to make friends and you certainly feel a little more excluded than if you went to a dedicated TUI resort for example. Overall I can’t fault the hotel cleanliness and the food was a solid 6/7 out of 10. But I feel I must warn others from the UK that if you used to hotels where half the guests are English and the entertainers/kids clubs are catered towards UK visitors - you won’t get it here. But if you want a relaxing holiday, lots of drinks and are not fussed on entertainment this place is a solid choice.
