Great Week in the Tunisian Christmas Sun 2022

I've just come back from a lovely week in Tunisia at the Hotel Aziza, Hammamet. Lovely big rooms, great seaview, and the staff were so nice especially Chedley who was a credit to the restaurant. The hotel has the added bonus of being adults only which is why we booked it.

Hatem was and is the best As a former NHS non exec n CEo, independet chair AUAG with Leeds I do know quality They have nailed customer care and would make UK think twice! Let's learn Lovely quality hotel and how fantastic service was from Hescem who sorted all. The rooms, were brillant, the staff so observant and attentive to details they work hard, remember what u like and are all wicked. They put the customer first including making whatever food you request. Would highly recommend anyone to this hotel. Adult only which is another bonus. We loved the quality/ variety and freshness of the food which made our group feel so happy. The GM was fantastic and the Belarchia was great with fort contact but the best for me was hichem and the GM so so nice Many many thanks for all u doing and we will come for sure Locally its so accessible, wicked and a clean hotel. Just returned from 10 day holiday at this hotel and really enjoyed it. Check in was quick and we were upgraded to a suite and personally taken to our room. Well appointed bathroom and all the usual facilities were available. Kettle, safe, small fridge and decent air conditioning. Lovely sea view and loads of wardrobe space. Room was spotless and was kept this way for our whole stay by room girl and man. The beach and pool area were well kept, the pool barman always had a smile and umbrellas and sun beds readily available. The buffet in the main dining room was OK at breakfast. No bacon but all other breakfast items were available. Only had lunch once and dinner twice which were fine. The terrace (BBQ) restaurant was where we had lunch pizza, sandwiches, salads and chips, whilst for dinner we used the a la carte restaurant. You need to be a bit adventurous to eat here because a lot of the dishes are for a local pallette. We loved it and the hotel put on a real good meal for our wedding anniversary including a chocolate cake! What makes this hotel is the wonderful staff. It would be unfair to name them as all of them were fantastic. The pool and entertainment men putting up umbrellas and talking to guests, the smiling barmen who poured your drink as you sat down, the 3 waiters at the bbq, reception staff and the 2 staff who take care of the a la carte to name a few. There are a few small things needed to improve this hotel. The umbrellas at the pool are tired and need replacing and modern sun beds will be a big improvement. We did see painting going on so there is some maintenance happening and we were told thst other improvements will be happening. Thanks for a lovely holiday and hope to see you in May.
