Hotel looks great when you walk in, plenty of sofa seating areas and gleaming. Apartment room looking on to south pool was spacious - lounge and bedroom have been refurbished but not kitchen and bathroom (hopefully this will get done). Lots of wardrobe and drawer space for storage - probably one of the best we've had. Water in the fridge on arrival and you can refill this with one of the water machines at poolside. Tea/coffee/sugar/milk box replenished as required. Paths outside hotel are very broken so be careful out walking. A bit out of the way to shops and restaurants - there's a couple of restaurants and a pharmacy but that's it Shuttle to beach is fab and walking along beach to Vilamoura is lovely. Open top bus "hop on and off" - great way to see the area. My husband complained a few times re food - could have been a bit hotter - maybe introduce a microwave within the restaurant. The south pool patio area and bar was a very chilled place - north pool gets sun longer and do great dacquiris - shame the south pool bar didn't have one of the machines. Bar - not a wide range of cocktails - I wanted a mojito but as not on list was told i couldn't get it. Eventually another barman made me one but was 7.50 euros! There was entertainment options on each night but more music acts needed especially with the hotel being isolated and football was constantly on multiple screens - maybe have different options on each. Big shout out to Patrizia (I think that's how you spell it) - great service, advised where to go for outings etc and was just so pleasant. All in all a good chilled week was had.

Excellent Excellent hotel from start to finish. The staff are truly amazing and friendly can't praise them enough. They looked after me and my 3 kids so well I was sad to leave. The hotel is so clean I did the four in bed level check and it was spotless. The food was excellent and the drinks are reasonably priced. 5 star

We stayed in this hotel in October . We had an amazing time there , The room was cleaned every day , the size of the room and it’s facilities were amazing.The food was amazing .there was such a variety and you never had the same selection twice.The staff could not do enough for you .we will defiantly be going back next year. The hotel was amazing .
