The hotel is located in the historical centre of Sirmione directly on Lake Garda in the pedestrian area. It is close to the Terme di Sirmione spa, and a few minutes from Gardaland, Movieland Park, Zoo Safari and the Arena di Verona. Links to the public transport network are within around 100 m and the railway station is some 5 km away. Verona Airport is situated at a distance of approximately 31 km, Orio al Serio Airport is roughly 86 km and Malpensa Airport is some 171 km away. Renovated in 2009, the air-conditioned hotel comprises 43 guest rooms and welcomes guests in a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service. In the comfortable hall there is an American bar open 24 hours a day, a breakfast room with a veranda and a wonderful sun terrace on the lake equipped with deck chairs and parasols.
